If you're looking for a budget-friendly steak for a delicious week-night dinner, this is the one! With marbling that is comparable to a ribeye, our American Wagyu Chuck Steak is sure to please with its incredible flavor. Our personal favorite way to cook this beauty is a hard pan-sear in a little beef tallow; but braising or grilling or would also do this cut justice.
At Family Roots Farm, our beef is raised without hormones or additives. Our cows are lovingly raised and USDA processed in Arizona, USA. Our beef has been flash-frozen and vacuum sealed.
