Our American Wagyu Filet Mignon will exceed your filet expectations. Our filet is richly marbled and satisfyingly flavorful. This cut is perfect for special occasions and holidays, but it can also be a wonderful mid-week treat. Upstage any upscale restaurant right at home when you serve this beautiful cut to your loved ones. 

Filets are generally 4-7 oz. 

At Family Roots Farm, our beef is raised without hormones or additives. Our cows are lovingly raised and USDA processed in Arizona, USA. Our beef has been flash-frozen and vacuum sealed.
