While American Wagyu Marrow Bones may not immediately come to mind for stocking your freezer, they have the ability to transform your cooking with a rick depth of flavor and gourmet nourishment. These nutrient-packed bones are a culinary treasure. American Wagyu marrow adds a buttery texture to broths, soups, sauces, or simply roasted and served as a delicious appetizer. When roasted or simmered, the rich, golden marrow melts into your dish, infusing it with essential nutrients like collagen, healthy fats, and minerals. 

You'll be receiving 4-6 bones per package. 

At Family Roots Farm, our beef is raised without hormones or additives. Our cows are lovingly raised and USDA processed in Arizona, USA. Our beef has been flash-frozen and vacuum sealed.
