Every now and then, our processor surprises us with these smaller gems. Our American Wagyu Filet Mignon medallions will exceed your expectations. Our filet medallions are richly marbled and satisfyingly flavorful.
Filet medallions are generally under 4oz.
At Family Roots Farm, our beef is raised without hormones or additives. Our cows are lovingly raised and USDA processed in Arizona, USA. Our beef has been flash-frozen and vacuum sealed.
