Cook them low and slow - not as long as your average beef rib! We've found that this style is an overwhelming favorite in our family. 

At Family Roots Farm, our beef is raised without hormones or additives. Our cows are lovingly raised and USDA processed in Arizona, USA. Our beef has been flash-frozen and vacuum sealed.
