Depending on our inventory, you'll be receiving either skirt steak or sirloin flap. Essentially the same cut, this American Wagyu is ideal for carne asada.

At Family Roots Farm, our beef is raised without hormones or additives. Our cows are lovingly raised and USDA processed in Arizona, USA. Our beef has been flash-frozen and vacuum sealed.
