So, You Bought Picanha; Now What?

Did you know that Picanha Steak is also known as the Queen of Steaks? If you've never tried it, we're convinced it'll become one of your favorite cuts!

Prepping Picanha:

1. After opening your PIcanha, flip it over and, with a sharp knife, carefully remove as much of the silver skin as possible while removing as little meat as possible.

2. Once the silver skin is removed, cut off any pieces that are missing the fat cap. By removing these pieces, it will prevent your steak from overcooking and make it look a lot better.
TIP: Save these pieces to cook individually and enjoy!

3. Cut your Picanha into evenly slices steaks (anywhere from 1" - 1 1/2" is standard). This should provide you about 5-7 individual steaks.

4. Season and cook to your liking!
